Chef Lee Jones

Lee’s speciality is Italian but he has worked and cooked many cuisines. He has worked for large resorts, in fine dining establishments, to stadiums and cruise ships. Which adds, American, French and Asian styles to his repertoire. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando and culinary specialist school with the US military. He own every piece of professional catering equipment from stainless steel chafing pans, portable gas burners, plates, silverware, linens, cotton napkins and so much more. He carries his FL safe serve credentials which is valid till 2021.
